Alexandru is an attorney-at-law at the Bucharest Bar with an in-depth experience in the corporate field, conducting national and transnational mergers and acquisitions. He has a thorough understanding of the client’s business acting as a partner in the corporate field alongside with the operational business.
As a corporate lawyer, he worked with agile startups, project companies as well as multinational companies, in legal matters regarding the incorporation process, daily corporate activity such as shareholder protection and representation as well as risk assessment and liability coverage. He assisted major foreign investors in Romania in cases of asset deals as well as in the stage of closure and liquidation of companies.
In 2019, he was awarded an international parliamentary scholarship offered by the German Parliament (Internationales Parlaments Stipendium). During the scholarship he had the opportunity to take part in the business development committee of the German Parliament.
