Liviu is the Partner and Head of the Litigation, Insolvency and Restructuring Division at SPVS including the departments of Insolvency & Dispute resolution and Employment law.
Over 10 years of experience
Liviu is a skilled attorney with more than 10 years experience in consultancy and court representation on insolvency procedures and company restructuring. Liviu assists clients during the insolvency procedures negotiating restructuring plans with creditors and judiciary administrators ensuring the continuation and recovery of business.
With regards to the labour law, he has extensive experience in both advising clients in the negotiation phase of collective or individual employment contracts, and also in various individual or class actions.
Also, Liviu offers legal services in the field of construction legislation, during the negotiation, signing or execution of joint ventures and works contracts, in the pre or post contractual phase, as well as in contesting building authorizations.
