Teodora is an attorney-at-law with 13 years of experience in working with international clients on large consultancy projects assisting corporations and foreign investors in Romania in the public procurement field, administrative and contentious as well as labor law.

Teodora specialises in public procurement and administrative procedures, advising clients on aspects of administrative innovation as well as award procedures.

Public Procurement

Regarding public procurement she assists clients, contracting authorities and companies in all stages of drafting procurement documentations as well as in the evaluation stage, and offers legal representation before the CNSC and the courts in contesting illegal tenders.

In administrative law

Teodora provides legal advice to clients in the drafting of administrative documents and contesting in court administrative decisions, local/county council/government decisions and illegal public authorities and institutions decisions.

In the field of labor law

she has a good knowledge of HR aspects regarding reorganization processes, company transfer and change management. Teodora assists clients in collective labor relations, managing the employer's relationship with employee representatives and unions and assisting clients during collective negotiations.

Over the years, her skills and knowledge have expanded into working with clients in the telecommunications, oil and gas, IT, recycling and waste, medical equipment and steel industries. Teodora is CIPD certified in human resources and holds a PRINCE2 certificate as a project manager.
