Double academic specialization

Diana is a lawyer with a double academic specialization, being a graduate of the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of International Economic Relations.

Diana started her career in the economic field performing audit and financial control activities for 5 years in a reputable international audit company. She is a lawyer of the Bucharest Bar with 9 years of experience, being involved in complex consulting projects in tax law, corporate law and business law.

Having a solid academic background and extensive experience in the economic field, in the last 7 years Diana has specialized in aspects related to taxes, taxation, VAT, tariffs, providing legal advice to important Romanian and multinational companies.

Diana offers legal assistance during tax inspections and anti-fraud controls, ensuring their proper conduct, protecting the interests and rights of companies in relation to tax control bodies.

Diana represents clients in court in administrative-fiscal litigation files, from the stage prior to the referral to the courts, to tax complaints, as well as legal proceedings, including special legal proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union.
