SPVS's tax law services include legal advice and representation on VAT matters as well as tax and duties.
We offer the following legal services in VAT and taxation matters:
Assistance and representation before tax authorities ANAF, DITL, customs authorities in various aspects of VAT, taxes and duties, as well as custom duties.
Assistance and representation of companies in case of ANAF, Antifraud or customs authorities inspections, even in unannounced inspections.
Advice on VAT and transfer pricing issues.
Representation in litigation arising from ANAF, ANAF Anti-Fraud or customs inspections, in administrative proceedings and before courts of all levels.
Diana Vlăsceanu
Diana is the Partner and Head of the Taxes and Fiscal Division within the SPVS, which includes the Taxes and Tariffs and Tax Control departments.
Diana is a lawyer with a double academic specialization, being a graduate of the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of International Economic Relations.
Areas of practice:
Tax law, corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, labour, administrative and litigation law, criminal business law.
